PE收縮膜（袋）：是最為廣泛、用量最大的一種收縮膜，適合于組合包裝、大型物體收縮包裝的常用塑料包裝材料，如常見的可樂24、支裝礦泉水15-24、集合包裝。
特點(diǎn)：透明好、韌性強(qiáng)、耐寒,熱收縮率大，并且在制作包裝過程中不會(huì)產(chǎn)生有毒害的氣體,屬于全球許可使用的環(huán)保熱收縮膜。
用途：適用于食品、飲料、冷凍品、醫(yī)藥、日用品、玩具、化妝品、輕工五金、工業(yè)制品、機(jī)械設(shè)備等。
產(chǎn)品技術(shù)特點(diǎn)： 塑料膜厚度規(guī)格是:從40μ至200μ內(nèi)按需要生產(chǎn)。
縱向熱收縮率50%至75%以內(nèi)。
橫向熱收縮率10%至30%以內(nèi)。
國(guó)家執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)號(hào)：GB/T13519-1992
產(chǎn)品形式：可分為片料和筒料兩種，片料寬度在不超4000毫米(mm)內(nèi)可自由設(shè)定，筒料最少規(guī)格在20毫米(mm)---2000毫米(mm)內(nèi)根據(jù)需要生產(chǎn)，制袋是制成規(guī)格平口（直線）袋或直通袋（長(zhǎng)度兩或單邊為焊口），焊接位需為2毫米(mm)寬以上的焊邊才能保證收縮過程不爆口.
應(yīng)用要求：在1200毫米(mm)加熱烘道式帶恒溫控制和恒溫吹風(fēng)的收縮機(jī)作用下收縮溫度是180度---220度之間，速度在常規(guī)下2—3米速/分鐘內(nèi)完成產(chǎn)品收縮包裝；或使用專用噴槍手動(dòng)收縮完成。

Production forms: It can be divided into two kinds:sheet material and tube material.The width of the sheet material can be set freely within 4000mm. The tube material can be made between 20mm—2000mm according to the requirements.We first make a linear bag(one or two sides welded),and then weld an edge longer than 2mm so than it won’t burst.
Application requirements: The shrinking temperature in the action of a 1200mm tunnel thermostat control and blowing shrinking machine is between 180c-220c. The shrinking package takes up one minute to finish 2-3 meters in a regular condition.Using a spray gun to finish the contraction is also recommended.
